Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

If a wife agreed with mutual consent and signed stamp paper on the custody of minor (equal sharing base custody) and agreed to appear in Guardian Court (where case is pending from 1 and half year) to record her statement before the Judge what will be the status of this agreement?

After recording statement before Guardian Judge she again violet the any agreed terms and conditions then the husband has right to challenge in the Guardian court?.While both parties agreed to enter surety bond amount five lac each in the Guardian Court to secure the contract.

Did she submit that stamp paper in the court , if she did then she is binding to follow terms and conditions stipulated in that,

as far the second part of the question , yes, she can be held liable for breach of contract if that surety is itself a part of the contract.
