If a wife convicted a Crime and an FIR Registered again her in court.The case is well proved and no out side evidence needed.If the court after trail announce punishment.What will be the effect on child custody case (interim custody given to mother by High Court) and mother is also not sending the child in school.And regular changing her residence to not met the child with father.Lady is already divorced and one minor (female) child from previous husband

On the basis of above facts and circumstances yes it can be applied that the custody of the minor ward will be taken from her. In order to do that certified copies of the conviction order shall be filed along with the application.
