My wife whom i never divorced had physical relationship with namahram guy and spend two weeks with him.leaving the child in karachi and comming in my resident country (tanzania) using my visa but going to some other place with namahram guy.she is guilty and has been blackmailing me by sending her photo with namahram guy with whom she committed adultery.
I want lawfully custody of my child and divorce without paying any mehr since she is forcing me for divorce. please advice can i get my child custody who is 3 yrs old. after all her mum has proved she cant take care of the child.she has depression problem where by she can hit anyone.

You can divorce her easily in 90 days which is the period of three tuhrs but she is entitled for maintenance till the time of completion of her Iddat. Getting child custody at tender ages is contestable but you have a strong case if you have adequate proofs of your wife being involved in illicit relations with another guy.
