separate home is right of women given by our religion Islam and duly recognized by family laws in Pakistan.

separate home means a place, where no one, even close relatives of husband can not enter without prior permission of wife.

no law force u to leave your mother, just made arrangements for your wife as stated above, court can not force you for separate house if you cant afford.
