if my wife files a case for khulah, how long it takes a court to issue a notice

on first hearing the court issue a notice in normal procedure if the husband reside with the court limits other then court issue a notice through potstal service or corrier to other cities,

Notices are issued right away, although there are number of modes of effecting a notice on the other party.
