Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
My wife took judicial khula on 24th September but still failed to notify me judicial order of khula. In this situation may i file a case after 90 days to stop divorce.

NO. now divorce can't be stopped ... you may file application for restoration of haq mehr

the local union counsil will process this and finalize it latest by 90 days , you can appear there to intervene and can try for resolve the issues.

ya there is a chance to get some relief......like to put you in bargaining or fighting back position and then depends upon u that how u mangage ur sucess..
