Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
My wife is keeping away my kid from me and not allowing me to see her. She went from my home on her own consent without any reason and without my permission and after 2.5 months of leaving my home, she delivered baby daughter. i am outside Pakistan and my question is that deos it comes under "parental child abduction" that one parent not only taken away but has keeping the kid away from other parent without justified reason and without permission. I am outside country but same is the situation when I come to Pakitsan. they dont allow to meet me my child. What can be the strict solution?

it is not an abduction .. she is natural guardian of your kid . there is no solution except to file a suit to compel her back to home.. on failure of which you may file a visitation application to visit ur kid.
Please file a suit in family court for restitution of conjugal rights through power of attorney as you are out of country and same time you can also file a petition before guardian judge for custody of child or visitation.

Dear if ur wife not obey ur orders and residing with her parents alongwith ur childrn so u may oppoint any special attorny for court who through any lawyer file two petitions on ur behalf
one for conjugal rights and second for costody or ur children in family court,
but dont wait do it as soon as posiible
