Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
if a wife get khula from court. and husband didn't give divorce her by himself. in this case is it possible they both marry again whithout girl doing halala.

There is no such of Halala in this case as the divorce form the court on the basis of khula is always consider as one Talaq and after one talaq within 90 days they can rejoin without Nikkah and after 90 days a fresh Nikkah is necessary without an intervene marriage.
It is according to injunctions of Islam and according to prevailing law of the country.

there is no halala concept in islam, u can re contrct within 90 days, even after perforn nikkah
