Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
My wife got khullah and filed case for recovery of dowery articles which i denied to hve them.i appealed the case and with out any much evidence exparte decision was given in my wife favour.
As they have not come to court knowingly, shd i file the case for re appeal in high court as they are not much bothered.If i dont file the reappeal case and at later stage they file the execution what are the consequences.Would i be able to reappeal afterwards.How can i check when they have filed execution case as most of the times notices are not received by intentional efforts of my in laws

It's second appeal no reappeal.. You should give your wife dowry articles if she is honestly demanding it. It seems to me that you will go to jail soon when your wife will go for execution of decree.. For more do consult me at [email protected]
