Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

my wife got khullah from me 1year back and court told her that she will bring child to the court every 1st week of the month. But after 2 meeting she is not bringing child.Above all last time the family court of nasrullah watoo rwp was abolished and cases are transfered to other judges can u please tell me how to go abt the things in courts.what are the best way to handle the issue other than belif
