Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
My wife got Khullah one year back and left my 4 year old son with his grand parents(Nana nani).I am visiting my son via court on monthly basis after filing a visitation case and now planning to file a Guardianship case.Can i file an application for custody of child till the final decision of the case as she is no longer living with her mother and not looked after properly.

apparently you can apply but proper and final opinion requires detailed facts of the case. like present status of both parents, living style, source of income, qualification of parents etc.
