my wife is at her parents house fr last 3 months wid my child of 2 years. Few days back , i forced my father in law through relatives to send me the kid fr meeting.i kept the kid fr one nite n sent him back other day after getting gurantee from some relative that he will send me the son after 15 days.Meanwhile during his night stay mywife compalined in poilce that ali(me) has kidnapped her son.police came at 11 pm n said we hve searchd warrants signed by session court judge as this is the case of kidnapping.we told him that v hve already send the kid and he is my son. Can u guide me that does police /session judge can give teh warrants of serach without knwing the relation of a kid with me . i am a also working as govt offr GR-18.can i do the case in same thanna that this lady has wrongly complained abt me.

In fact U/s 100 warrants were issued to recover the child and to restore the child in the custody of mother, child in the age of hazanat remains under the custody of mother and in the supervision of father.Move the guardian court of appropriate jurisdiction in order to have regular visitation. for further details or follow up you may call me during day hours at 0323-4638149.
dear the court can issue but u must contest as well as u file the costody petition before the court and visitation of child.
