Wife can file suite for Marriage Dissolution. Court can give upto 6 months time period to get medical treatment to cure his impotency if court see no improvement in his medical reports then can order for divorce.

dissolution of marriage can be sought from family court.

You can file a suit for dissolution of marriage. I suggest you need not to disclose any reason particularly the reason you have mentioned it may make the procedure lengthy; I suppose the words ( I cannot live with my husband at any cost) are sufficient to constitute divorce between them.
