Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

If wife seeks khula, can husband ask custody of child (to show his consent) instead of dower

secondly, can we compain more than one allegation in one FIR?

custody is separate issue, it is not connected with Khula. wifewill have to surrender the dower in case of Khula..

one F.I.R contains one transaction , it could be in series of act.
