Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

My wife separated last 1.6 years.She is living with her brother house.She was also divorced lady and had a child (female)age about 1.5 years at time of married with me. After marriage God gifted me a child (now age about 03 years) When she left my home child was with me. and was attending school.After 02 months my brother in law threats me to hand over the child to his sister.I entered an application in Guardian Court.After 03 months she appears in the session court but Session court dismissed her writ petition 491-A by ordering her to go in the Guardian Court.After 02 months she again appears in High Court through Application 491-A. After 03 months court handed over the child to mother and allocated visiting rights to me on each Friday at The Mother's Counsel office (one hour).After months she appears in Punjahat and show that she is ready to go Husband home if the husband draw case from Guardian Court un-conditionally.On her demand I draw my case from Guardian Court.After this she argued me that my younger brother is out of country he is coming within two months.When he came back in Pakistan she will return her husband home.I also started to pay monthly expense to my wife and child. They allowed me to visit the child at any public place at each Sunday but never took the child on the public place by claiming lame excuses.

When her younger brother came in Pakistan he called me that they are sending her sister to my (husband) home on next coming Friday.On that day(Friday) they all switched of their phone and disappeared from the rented home.Its clear that they have cheated me.And the Punjhat write down the decision that the wife has not complied the Punjhat Orders and she has heated.Its worth while that through my sources I have find out there new location at Lahore.

What Should I do? Where should I go?

Re-Appears in High Court through Writ Petition that they have not complain the court order

Again move application in the Guardian Court for child custody

Lady is Metric failed and I am Highly educated person with good source of income.Lady have no source of in-come depended on the brother

(15 members of family and one earning source the brother who is out of country)
