my wife is taking khula and she is not letting me see or talk to my kids girl 7 years and boy 2 years can i get there custody coz i am concern abt there well been she lives with her mother no man in the house and its been 6 months since she left me case is going i am also filing for children custody what are my chances of getting my kids. we are in pakistan.

normally boy aged seven and the girl of over puberty are taken over by the father in custody case , if other concerned matters are also there where they should be..if you have filed for their custody under then there be a schedule when you can meet with your children untill the case is decided or otherwise situation.

Reconciliation is the best choice for you.
There is no hope that u ll got the children back except meeting schedule for 2 hour in a month unless u proved that the children are being spoiled by mother such as education health etc. . And I think mother ll care a lot for here children . u have to pay the maintenance to ur children also.
