Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pakistan
Before my father death my elder brother has controlled over 40 acres land my father made mutation in my favor before his death.after death i have right to possess 8 acre land but my brother denied to give me my right.i forcibly possessed over 8 acre land and i have also record of right for 9 year after my father death.Now my one brother filed a suit against me to make partition of my possessed property .He wants equal share in the property which is my under control .In such situation what is status of my case
