Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pakistan
A person took rs.5 lckh from me in 2002, and ran away to ksa. now session judge has gave decion, to return the amount and an intrest at bank rate.
please let me know that will this rate be 13% or 18%.

you need to goto any branch of any bank to ask them what is state bank's rate now a days

in fact what is normally construed by INTEREST AS PER BANK RATE is that what ever is the prevailing bank interest rate.
