Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pakistan
A Registered Society(under socities registeration act) filed a civil suit and during the pendency of the suit, the competent authority withdrew the registration of the society.What will be the fate of suit, whther it will proceed or not and if not, under what provision of law ?

in fact if the society is not registered , then it shall be considered as unregistered society and this way society shall not be considered as a legal entity separate then its members.
