Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pakistan

Administrative processing?

I am an American Citizen, I applied for my Pakistani fiance K-1 back in 2007, he was interviewed Dec 2007. The Consulate temporarily refused the visa and handed him a blue sheet for 'further'administrative processing'. The sheet stated a wait time of 6 weeks. However it has been 13 months and it is still pending. According to the embassy it is waiting 'name clearance'. Any way of expediting this? We have been waiting for nearly 3 yrs to get married! Please help!

in fact , as a matter of procedure in the region of asia and S.E. Asia these colored sheets are issued to acquire more information or want of a document .i suggest you meet with the requirment as demanded so this will hopefully speed up your case.or if you require more on this than send me details as mentioned in last proceedings.
