Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pakistan
To cancel I-130 or it might speed up?
My visit visa was rejected as I-130 (petition by my Brother, US citizen) case is pending. I-130 was filed in June 2002. With the current rate of processing, it may take another 8 years from now? That means I can never visit USA till that time! Can't make a decision to maintain it or cancel I-130? Does this visit restriction also applies to my husband and my daughter?
