Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pakistan
Dear Sir, from Pakistan, i need some information regarding Ahmadiyya Muslim Asylum at border in Niagrafalls, Canada if we come in US and need to go Canada with my family it possible without visa for seek asylum on canada border? or do i need to apply first for a Canadian visa in US? and what are my chances of getting that visa? and how long does it take to get that visa after applying? and is it true that they Canadian embassy in buffalo gives instant visa to non-american who want to get a visitor visa to apply asylum in Canada border ? and what is my best chances ? and about asylum, if i wanna apply for asylum in Canada, should i apply for a Canadian visa first & after entering Canada i apply for asylum or should i just across the american borders to the Canadians and say i want to apply for asylum (without Canadian visa)and i am belong from Ahmadi Muslim Jamaat. i am an Pakistani citizen. pleas give me detailed information.
