Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pakistan
Dear Sir,
My parents based in UK, aged over 65 they have got ILR visas, I'm in Pakistan and married got 3 kids, and I'm unemploed, my parents are supporting me from Uk, I want to ask you that can I apply with my family for family Visa from Pakistan? under my parents british nationality. Please inofrm me.

well the rights of applying under parents nationality has been lost, because you are majour.,, what you can do is either you can make your parents to sponsor you by migrant visa or you can apply by yourself,, it will take time but you will get it,
