Will my child or myself get a UK nationality?
Incase we don't get a nationality and we file a case how will that work ?

before 1 January 1983 almost any child born in the UK automatically acquired British citizenship. Since then the rules have changed. A child born today in the UK will only have British citizenship if at least one of his or her parents is a British citizen or was living in the UK with permission to stay here permanently.
