My son is an established us citizen and I am a green card holder having no job. I want my married daughter to be a permanent resident too. How can I get it done thro me or my son at the earliest. An early reply will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

In fact your son who is having CITIZENSHIP is the best option to extend sponsorship. For citizen or LPR of the United States to establish the relationship to certain alien relatives who wish to immigrate to the U.S. A separate form must be filed for each eligible relative.Petition for Alien Relative has to be filed, Filing and approval of petition (I-130) is only the first step in helping a relative immigrate to the United States. Eligible family members must wait until there is a visa number available before they can apply for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status to a lawful permanent resident.(in case if the intending person is already in US.)
