Sponsoring my sister

I am 33 old and I am a Usa citizen,and I want to sponser my sister from pakistan who is 21 year old. Can she come to the usa??If yes what type of visa should I apply for her?I want my sister to live in the usa permantly?

Yes, you can file for your sister as a sibling of a U.S. citizen. This is also called the 4th preference category under family-based filings. However, it will take quite some time before she is able to come here. Feel free to call my office and I will let you know about the filing process and if there are any ways to expedite the process or bring her here on a temporary visa while her green card is processing.
