Legal Question in Employment Law in Pakistan
dear sir/maam,
i want to know that I have been working somewhere for sometime. i applied to some place else and the management got to know about this fact.
now they terminated me from my job and they don't want to issue me my experience certificate.
what should i do? can i file a case against them?

They have no right to terminate you on this ground else you have not signed a contract
