Any time you are asked to send money first, it's a scam.

No one is required to prove they have money by sending it in. This scam routinly asks for 950 GBPs to be sent to the scammer by Western Union transfer or Moneygram. (Goverments never ask for money this way.)

You cannot cancel the transfer.

You cannot put it in someone else's name.

As soon as they bet the MTCN, the money will be stolen from you.

A real visa request is done in person and you give fingerprints and eye scans first.
