Legal Question in Employment Law in Pakistan
My question is related to labor laws in Pakistan. Is there a specific article/law which governs the termination of employment by either side during and after probation. Can a person resign with immediate effect during probation if such requirement is not mentioned in the contract but only mentions that the employer can terminate employment without giving any notice during probation.

if the contract is silent on this particular subject then it can be used to your benefit...
