Legal Question in Employment Law in Pakistan
I am working in Railway where I have to work seven days a week and I am not given weekly rest.Moreover I am not paying any extra dues or benefit for working on Sunday.Have you any suggesion in this regard.

you have services right,,, submitt application stating all the facts to your concerned officer.
your designation? either you are member of labor union or not?
have they assigned you duties for 7 days a week in writing.
if so then you can call them in court to answer before law.. if same is not in writing then you get it in writing first for filling a strong case otherwise your attendance/appearance on duty as an evidence would be enough.
according to law you cannot be force to work 7 days a week
