Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan

Hi....!

1.If there are many partners in the agriculture and skni(city)land then if any person can sold his share without asking his other partners?

2.If some partners sold the land only on astam not registry,and without my permission then can i sue against that land?

3.If some person take the signature and thumb of his father when his father was ill and take ownership on that land only his sons but his father dont want that.now his daughters can claim or sue againt that land or can sue against that brothers?

4.If i want to stay order on my land then what should i have to do and what essential documents are necessary for this?

5.Some land part is costly and having more value and some have less then what court say about that land and what is the creteria for justive?
