What to do if tan tent refused to evacuate shop. I sent him a registered mail 3 months ago and asked him to to give me possession of my shop which is located in district Chakwal
What isa legal notice. Can a land lord send by himself a registered mail as a legal notice

no need to send another legal notice, provided you mentioned justified and just reason to evacuate him from property.
