Private nuisance
My neighbour has some pigeons at his roof, the roof is high enough to see in my house areas.
what is the available criminal and civil remedy. in detialed plz

civil remedy is available that you can seek the restraining order from the court to avoid this nuisance , courts are very much inclined to give relief in this regard.
if any specific incident ( an annoying one more than winking )has happened than you can make it culpable but ammediate action required. you can also contact us to discuss it further over the telephone.
