Legal Question in Product Liability in Pakistan
A person picks up medicine from a store and place it on counter, the shopkeeper asks for money. due to some after thought he left the store. Can the Pharmacy sue him for not paying?

your question is clear, never said any thing whether the person left with or without the medicine. if the case has already been lodged then its not the matter whether the they can or can not. that gives multiple option one of them if the person left with the medicine without paying, it does generate criminal liability if because of amount involved to be redeemed , for no civil action.
