Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan
In 1966, a piece of land was purchased and house contructed on land. 2 different khasra nos. were mentioned in registry (sale deed), but actually land mutated in one khasra only (written as khana kasht). The two khasra are far apart. The original owner sold plot in his life, then left a widow only and no children.
What is its legal position?
