Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

my name is ali and i want to ask that my father has a property which his on his name but my uncle paid for that property and now he is demanding it back but my father is telling him that first clear his outstanding dues and then take your property my uncle has filed a law suit my question is will my father win or loose you can ask further questions for clarification thank you

Its a benami transaction and he can get it back if he can prove that... Better is that you people must return him peacefully otherwise you will loose relationship, monetary gains and get punished on the day of judgment.. Be fearful of Allah... For more contact [email protected]
