Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

Answer may be given in the lights of Pakistani Laws. I have a house in Lahore. I gave it to a tenant against an agreement and got a security of Rs35000/- He paid Rs.12000/- one months advance rent of September,2009 and next month he was to pay monthly rent up to 10th for Oct, and so on Nov,2009 and Dec,2009. But he did not pay and asked me on phone that he intends to vacate my house on 23rd Nov,2009 and I will have to come to him for settle balances. But when I went to him he did not want to vacate my house. I asked him if you did not want to vacate then pay house rent for the moths Oct,-09 to Dec,09. but he asked me to go away and was not agree to pay any rent or vacate my house. I tried to tell him why did you do so. and also asked him neighbors. But he was not agree to vacate or pay the rent. What legal steps I have to take in such a situations.

u must consult ur any advoacte for issuance of legal notice then that advoacte file ejectment petition in court against the tannent.

Dear Mr.....

in fact you have not written anything about the rent deed between you and your tenant.From 2007 the new law ie Rented premises ordinance is in place , under which the rent deed has to be registered before the rent tribunal ,if you have complied the law than things are way too easy .. dont worry but if not than you have a problem but a doable one.So contact to discuss this in detail you require an immediate legal action in order to protect your rights and property.
