But my question was if other people can claim Haq Shufa again after I have won the case three times and If I sell it , do they have any legal right to claim Haq Shufa again, thank you

their is entire list of people who can claim haq shufa and if they havent claimed before then they can but there is time period for that also. If it has passed then they cant claim.. For more do consult me at [email protected]
