Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan
Please explain me this legal sentence, "Hassan bequeathes property to Ahsan for Life & after his death to Salim." What is meant by the words "FOR LIFE" in the context of this sentence? i.e, what Ahsan is bound to do?

this is a form of conditional gift. in fact these type of gift deeds or will should not be read in isolation it should always be read in its full context. in this particular case the first beneficiary has limited power where as the second beneficiary has comparatively more to enjoy but the whole deed would explain it in full.
from this sentence only
it shows that Hassan has gifted the property to Ahsan till his death. and after his death the said property ll be transfer to Salim. Ahsan cant transfer this property at his will except to salim.
for detail reply email me with full deed.
