my father inherited a 2000 Sq Yrd Bunglow with her four sisters. Now my Father wants to bifurcate the property for getting his share separated because the 666 Sq Yrd(Fathers Share) has a better sale price .But the four sisters insists that my father sell this house without bifurcation so we are in a loss because in the current scenario the sale price of large plots is not good. in this context four sisters are not cooperating with my father in bifurcation process so what will we do to protect our interest

first seperate ur shares then sell it
in fact the entitlement of the share holders is like this; that each of the sister gets 1/6 of the whole and the brother gets 2/6, you can not bifurcate or sell if the other legal heirs objects. you can discuss the details on phone during 3 to 6 pm . my ph no: 0323 4638149
