Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan
father was married two wives. father gifted more than half of property to first wife's son and did not gift any property to his second wife and her one son and two daughters. can second wife challenge the gifted property after husbend son. please help me because we are poor and brother who has property is strongful government officer

Is the person gifting the property alive? If he passed away, when he gifted the property and when he passed away? Let me know these things at [email protected] so that i can guide you rightly.
