Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

i file a civil suit benami transaction regarding my home which i purcase from my own money.just due to brothership i include my 2 brothers name.when my 2 brothers recived the summon from court then 1 is sayng to me i am with u i will give a stament in court in your favor.the other one is not good with me he dont present untill now in court after reciving 2 summons.now he is in uk and he send a mukthar naama power of attorney to my father.also my father done seconfd marriage and us ne mujy aaaq kiya hoa hy and i have the news paper add.and aaq naaama copy.so in my brother power of attorney my father file a civil suit against us 2 brother.and the suit which i file in court still on going.so what is the present ststus.kindly advise pls as per law......i m be very thankfull
