Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

i am in gulf working asa engineer i purchased 2 houses in pakistan,just due to brothershio in registry i include with me my youinger and elder brother name.bcz our father done second marrige and his relation was not good with us.so now my elder brother make joint venture with my father and want to captured my house.and the younger brother was with them but now with me.bcz i file a benami case against my 2 brother.and the younger brother is sayng i will be with u in court in my statment bcz u paid all the money and i have the proof.when my father and brother now that then my father file a case against me on just one house which is expensave and he write in dawa in front of our elder brother he paid me the money for that one house to purchased.but he dont have any written are bank proof.just they file false suit,now both cases in 2 court runing.pls advise what i can do more and what is my status.i have the custody of houses and documents.pls advise

let the cases run till the day your father is alive..because whatever is owned by you belongs to your father... It is islamic concept.. Or take the plea of your being getting deprived of your property by accusing the brother of his undue influence over father.. Take stay order against both of them..
