Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

Did haq shufa is now applied in commercial land market shops etc, i heared that in 2012 some amendmentshas been made in that law.

In 2010 a new bill was proposed by the name of Islamabad Pre-emption Act.. However it has not been passed from the Parliament till now.. So all the urban property is excluded from the domain of Shufa.. For more do consult me at [email protected]
