Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

Hi,

My real uncle has transferred property (in 2009) of my father to his sons using a power of attorney prepared in 1969.

My father fought legal petitions (in 1990's and 2000's) against that person due to dispute over land division left by grandfather. So it clearly shows that my father was not aware of any such power of attorney, either he didn't remembered that or it was fraudulently prepared.

My father passed way in 2010 and we became aware of that transfer after his death.

What can i do to claim the property back?

Yousaf
