Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

House was given on rent and agreement was prepared.Tenant gave advance security and one month in cash and monthly rent was to deposit in owners account which was written in agreement. Tenant deposited 5 months rent regular in house owners bank account. Thereafter, he did not deposit monthly rent. He was asked to vacate the house for owners personal use. He refused to vacate the house and stopped paying rent, 14 months has been lapsed of this effect. Owner is residing in Islamabad and House is in Lahore. He is poor man and could not afford court expenses. When some persons contacted with tenant to solve this problem, he blamed on owner that he obtained 3 lacs in cash from him but no receipt obtained him from him. Only two witnesses were there. one his son and one another person. Owner denied for any money obtained from him. What steps he now have to take to get his house from him.

You have to file eviction petition so that court gets the house evicted from the tenant. It will last for few months and you have to bear some court expenses. That is the cheapest and most convenient course of action. For more do consult me at [email protected]
