what is khasra no?
how can we change khasra Number?

Khasra number is the number of land present in the village(Moza) and it can never be changed to the extent of particular land. It is like saying that how can we change the address of house no 1, margalla road, Islamabad? It lies inside a khewat and khewat numbers change when a new jamabandi is issued after four year.
