Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

Kindly sir need your reply as per law in detail.i am a engineer working in Kuwait from 11 years.i purchased a house in Lahore.just due to brothership I include in registry my elder and younger brother name with me .now the house on our 3 brothers name.and I have the custody of documents and home my wife is living there.i have all the proof of money to purchased the house.i want to sale the house but my elder brother is not agree.bcz his name in registry,so I file a civil suit aginst my 2 brothers benami.when they know then the elder one make joint venture with my father and they file a civil suit from my father side against me and the younger brother of benami.and in suit my father write to judge in front my elder brother he piad me all the money for purchased the house and they don�t have any written are bank proof.and the younger brother is with me.so sir now both case is in court what is your advise and I have the money proof.pls advise what can I do more against my case and that false case of my father and elder brother pls advise

in fact joint purchase and ownership is strong factum and can not be denied whimsically. its a case of strong evidence to prove it other wise.civil suits can not be summarized in few lines you can contact me during 3 to 7 pm Pakistan time to discuss further.
