Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

a landed property is regestered in the name of my grand father and his issueless ,unmarried brother,who died fifteen years later than my grandfather.the land is in possession of my uncle.who does not give shares to me and his three sisters.what is the legal position of me and sisters of my father?how the land may be distributed among legal sharers?

It looks like a simple inheritance case. Two brothers and 3 sisters will inherit property of their father and mother. sisters will get 1/7 each and brothers will get 2/7 each out of total property. You can file a suit for partitiion and can get possession of your share with the help of court. For more do consult me at [email protected]
