is there any law if i want second marriage and first wife demand from me i write one house on her name if have then any law like that if she leave me on that time that property returned to me. If she with me so that property of her.

yes, you can make a civil contract with your wife and note down all the things as you want. It ll be a valid if both the parties signed it in presence of witnesses.
